libkwnn-dev software package provides Header files and static library for kWnn (FreeWnn kserver), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libkwnn-dev
libkwnn-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libkwnn-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libkwnn-dev *
You will get with libkwnn-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
